Credit Card Processing and Settlement Project
As the Project Manager, I focused and brought the Cash Settlement Program and Application to completion. This fully automated program interfacing with 4 Servers and 2 AS/400s, written in Visual Basic, using Access as the database, receives data polled from over 2,000 stores worldwide, 24 hours a day. This data is then batched, processed and fed to several servers, imported and filtered into numerous databases by the Credit Card Processing Program, then creates upload files for uploading to AMEX and VISA/MC.
 Project Management for architecture and data structure for a complete data warehouse / operations management automation project
for entire company’s assets, human resources, departments and stores. Currently in Assessment / Planning and Initial Development stage. Estimated 2,500 hours to complete the project written in VB w/ Access as the database, migrating to SQL 6.5 upon completion of initial phase. Three phases of development expected.
Project Support for a new web-based Intranet Project to replace Lotus Notes. Asset, HR, Departmental and Retail Stores databases will be integrated through the intranet project.
