have become a way of life for almost every type of business. The
ability to give the customer access to database information safely and
quickly has become the hallmark of any successful venture. From
Mortgage Companies to International Credit Card systems, we have built and
implemented them successfully.
We develop IVR VRU systems that can answer, direct, collect and/or deliver caller
information the way YOU want it done, and store it in a database for transfer to a contact
management software. The use of IBM MQ Series Object Oriented
Transaction Messaging is key to the success of an on-line service for your
customer base. This data can be also be served into a Call Center
with CTI technology and Contact Management to provide the call representative and
the caller with up to date information.

became a reality. Using HTML from the beginning we learned to
develop with each new technology that became available and integrated that
into each new project such as dynamic web pages using Javascript, ASP and
SQL 7 databases.

From testing global banking and credit card
environments to web based applications, we are state-of-the-art in testing
strategy and methodology. We began building websites in 1994 soon after the web
became a reality. Using HTML from the beginning we learned to
develop with each new technology that became available and integrated that
into each new project. Most recently in 2000, 2001 and 2002 we
tested the entire Latin American Region for Citibank (Mexico, Peru,
Venezuela, Panama, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and
the Bahamas) with the host in Singapore. We used Mercury
Interactive's Test Director, WinRunner and LoadRunner extensively.
